# Skmtc Hub API, API change webhooks and MCP events > Skmtc Hub tells your HTTPS endpoint about APIs on skmtc.dev: a signed CloudEvent from the webhook action of a pipeline when a delivery finishes, or a signed MCP event from a subscription on the MCP server at mcp.skmtc.dev when an API changes. This site documents how to receive and verify both, and serves the OpenAPI documents of the Skmtc API and of the webhook. Each page link below is a plain-markdown rendering of the page; the OpenAPI links are JSON documents. All pages in one file: https://docs.skmtc.dev/llms-full.txt - Getting started - [Getting started](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/getting-started.md): Give your coding agent live, searchable API docs, then publish your own OpenAPI schema with an explicit private or public setting. - [Publish an API](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/getting-started/publish-api.md): Publish an OpenAPI schema or revision with REST or Claude Code MCP using an explicit destination and visibility. - [Publish from CI](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/getting-started/publish-from-ci.md): Add a revision to your API on Skmtc Hub from CI, with the skmtc CLI in any CI or with the publish action in GitHub Actions. - [Pipelines](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/pipelines.md): Make code for an API on Skmtc Hub each time the API changes, then open a pull request, publish a package or send a webhook. - [Open a pull request with generated code](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/pull-requests.md): Set up a Skmtc Hub pipeline that generates code for an API with a stack and opens a GitHub pull request with it each time the API changes. - [API change webhooks](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/api-change-webhooks.md): Get a signed CloudEvent at your HTTPS endpoint when a pipeline on a Skmtc Hub API finishes a delivery, and verify that Hub sent it. - [Connect your agent over MCP](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/mcp.md): Connect Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or VS Code to the Skmtc MCP server to look up APIs, read their operations and publish schemas. - [MCP events](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/mcp-events.md): Subscribe to API changes on Skmtc Hub over MCP events with the AI SDK, and check the signature of each event that Hub sends to your HTTPS endpoint. ## Reference - [API change event](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/api-change-webhooks/webhook-api-change-event.md): EVENT api-change, API change webhooks - [Publish an API schema](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/skmtc-api/v1/apis/publish/post.md): POST /v1/apis/publish, Skmtc API - [Publish through an upload URL](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/skmtc-api/v1/apis/publish/uploads/:token/post.md): POST /v1/apis/publish/uploads/{token}, Skmtc API - [Add an API revision by upload](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/skmtc-api/v1/apis/:account/:api/revisions/post.md): POST /v1/apis/{account}/{api}/revisions, Skmtc API - [List pipeline deliveries](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/skmtc-api/v1/pipelines/:account/:pipeline/deliveries/get.md): GET /v1/pipelines/{account}/{pipeline}/deliveries, Skmtc API - [Rotate a pipeline's webhook secret](https://docs.skmtc.dev/docs/reference/skmtc/skmtc-api/v1/pipelines/:account/:pipeline/rotate-webhook-secret/post.md): POST /v1/pipelines/{account}/{pipeline}/rotate-webhook-secret, Skmtc API ## OpenAPI - [API change webhooks, OpenAPI 3.1](https://docs.skmtc.dev/openapi/api-change-webhooks-v1.json): the request Hub sends, under `webhooks`, with no `paths` - [Skmtc API, OpenAPI 3.0](https://docs.skmtc.dev/openapi/skmtc-api-v1.json): the public HTTP API under `/v1` ## Catalog - [Skmtc API](https://skmtc.dev/skmtc/apis/skmtc-api.md): the public HTTP API on skmtc.dev, with its docs and change history - [Skmtc API change webhooks](https://skmtc.dev/skmtc/apis/api-change-webhooks.md): the webhook request on skmtc.dev, with its docs and change history
